Berkshire Hathaway's Todd Combs, investment lieutenant to Buffett and Geico CEO, is leaving for JPMorgan

Combs, 54, will be joining JPMorgan Chase, where he already served on the board, as head of the bank's new Security and Resiliency Initiative.
